Information for FOTF Organisers/Clubs

Using the It's All About The Sash tags on Instagram has the following benefits:

• targeted advertising of your upcoming event to Fashions on the Field/best dressed competitors worldwide on both of our platforms - Instagram & Facebook
• highlight your race club by sharing your winners & competitors photos to attract racegoers & entrants to future events

• best of all it’s completely free! We are run by an enthusiast for enthusiasts & are community minded. We wish to encourage more people to attend race days & FOTF events!

If your club does not have Instagram, share your event directly to our Facebook wall or email your advertising to itsallaboutthesash@hotmail.com 

If there is a specific judge you are interested in, please contact them directly to check their availability and requirements.

We also welcome clubs to advertise for judges directly on our group Facebook wall with an expression of interest including event details if you do not have a specific judge in mind.

FOTF Guides

We have an ongoing list of competitor rules/guidelines on our Facebook page in the ‘comments’ of the post. We also welcome clubs to add their own guidelines to this thread. A link is as follows:

 Although It’s All About The Sash does not run competitions, we have worked with many clubs to:

· help plan;

· ‘bounce off’ ideas off; and 

recommend strategies to help boost numbers, secure judge and sponsors (to name a few)
